The Graham & Rhona Beck Skills Centre identify scarce and critical throughout the year by means of company consultations, sector needs analysis feedback and workplace skills plans. Generic programmes are then scheduled after accredited Training Providers have been identified to address the provision of skills ,taking into consideration the target market’s level of education, language preference and time schedules of availability of learners.

Our main focus of skills delivery is in the Agricultural, Tourism, Wholesale & Retail and Construction sectors. In doing so, the Skills Centre assure that specific needs and requirements are being met in the Langeberg Municipal area.

Companies are furthermore welcome to also consult with the Skills Centre on the development of company specific needs for a more tailor-made skills solution.
