The Graham & Rhona Beck Skills Centre on a farm near Robertson is registered as a Section 21 Company. The Skills Centre has become a focal point of skills delivery in the Breede River Winelands area for rural communities. |

The Graham & Rhona Beck Skills Centre seeks to be a catalyst for poverty eradication, enhance employability and sustainable growth in the Breede River Winelands Area, by means of measurable and meaningful skills development. In order to achieve the vision, the Centre will ensure the satisfaction of the development needs of the area through:

Following a holistic approach (looking at development of the whole person). |

Delivering skills training services based on factual needs (based on sound research, benchmarking and gap analyses). |

Using only the best, preferably accredited, service providers. |

Creating solid partnerships with suppliers, collaborators, sponsors and clients. |

Ensuring dynamic, effective, flexible, responsive, and transparent management. |

Obtaining the buy-in of most important stakeholders. |

Building a solid reputation known for delivery, and sound values and ethics. |
